We have a new Pikula family member, Derick's brother got married to Serene!!
Congratulations to them, it was beautiful and the reception was AMAZING!!!
I have been trying out new recipes: Happy Faced Pancakes, Apple Pie, Chicken/Steak Pot Pie, Italian Pulled Pork BBQ, Lemon Bars, Tortellini Stew, and I am thinking about taking a cooking class in a few months.
Kurtis has been making a lot of crafts, and this week was the first week he started to be very curious about reading. He has started putting letters together to make words, he enjoys asking lots of questions (and we are loving that too), and he built his own robot this week. It is so interesting how their brains work!
Sarah is trying to get up and run with Kurtis. She is really starting to roll, she loves to play with toys, to grab her feet, and this week she tried rice cereal. My sister in law made her some adorable bow here is just a sample, I told her she needed to start an etsy shop, thanks Jordan!! Also, my friend Aileen, who does sell her bows online sent Sarah some adorable headbands she is so cute in them, thank you too Aileen. Now all we need is for her to grow her hair!
Derick started school and is loving it as usual. We both were taking care of the move this past week and are really starting to feel settled in. We love our new place!!
