Hiking!!!

Before we had children Derick and I used to go hiking with our dear friends the McDowells all the time...reminiscent of those wonderful times we decided to go hiking with the McDowells and all the children!!  We had a great time, and the kids were way faster then I thought they would be.  It ended up being a great workout, fun company, and an all round fantastic day!

After the hike we went to the beach while we waited for the restaurant to open for lunch.  Sarah got so wet that we striped her down to her underwear and let her play on the beach.  Derick was a bit embarrassed but I thought kids should be kids!
